Alfa pack of ciders and sparkling is :
- produced from several varieties of apples;
- Cold pressing the apple;
- Sidra Alfa fermentation in stainless steel vats and at low temperatures to maintain the fruit aromas;
- Maturation period in vats, 4 to 6 months;
- sparkling cider with 2nd fermentation carried out in bottle;
- Alcohol 7.5%.
