Description

Alfa  cider barrel is :

  • produced from several varieties of apples;
  • Cold pressing the apple;
  • Alfa Cider  fermentation in stainless steel vats and at low temperatures to maintain the fruit aromas;
  • Maturation period in vats, 4 to 6 months;
  • Alcohol 7.5%.
