Who are we?

In 2017, two businessmen from Carrazeda de Ansiães, Duarte Moura and José Reixelo, seeing that apples without the ideal size for the markets were subject to great waste, decided to combine synergies to reuse them.

After several studies and experiments with apples without caliber, they advanced to the production of a drink made from 100% apple juice and fermented. SIDRA ALFA is born

We produce high quality sidra Alfa

Alfa is produced only with first-choice apples of Trás-os-Montes, which gives it new flavors. Its production goes through alcoholic fermentation, a process that takes place, transforming fructose into alcohol.

Without the addition of water, sugars, coloring and flavorings, Alfa is 100% apple.
